Allison Elliott Tew

I am a Ph.D. student in the College of Computing at the Georgia Insitute of Technology. My research area is learning sciences and technology, with a focus in computer science education. My advisor is Mark Guzdial.

Before I joined the graduate program, I was the Director of Student Services in the College of Computing where I was responsible for undergraduate student advising and administration of the undergraduate program in Computer Science. I also had the opportunity to teach the following classes during this time:
  • CS 2331 - Programming Practicum I
  • CS 2335 - Software Practicum
  • CS 3302 - Introduction to Software Engineering
  • CS 3911 - Design Project
  • CS 4351 - MIS Methodologies
