Dynamical Systems for Behaviour Based Robotics

For this project you will implement a variant of dynamical systems for a
behavior-based robot, specifically emulating one of the Braitenberg
vehicles as discussed in his book "Vehicles". The report will include a
discussion of the theoretical aspects of this work as well as a simulation
test of one such vehicle equipped with simple sensors.
