Cooking with AppsMobile Application Workshop with Le Cordon Bleu Chefs
In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of designing mobile applications and learn to quickly prototype applications using MITís App Inventor. With this knowledge participants will be able to combine their cooking knowledge and expertise and multimedia expertise to create sophisticated mobile applications they can share with their friends, family, and clients.
Participants & Participant Preparation:
This workshop is targeted toward Le Cordon Bleu students in Atlanta, GA who participate in the Multimedia Club or are just interested in learning how to create mobile applications..
No prior multimedia, computing, mobile application knowledge is required for students to participate. Participants will need to a bring a android-based mobile phone and the USB charging cable if they have one. If not, a phone and USB cable will be provided for them to use during the workshop. In addition, all participants will need a gmail account to access the App Inventor software.
This workshop is a two hour session
