Usability StudyDescription:1. Give a demo of STAB covering - a. How to Start b. Enabling views c. Control Panel functions d. Switching between Editor/Reasoner e. Running f. Exporting entities 2. Observe user during test operations and note user feedback Test operations - 1. Add a story plot from text description Get Rich story plot. Three methods - Rob a bank (adapt robbery plot) Check fraud (copy fraud plot) Marry rich - find rich spinster, court, propose marriage, get married 2. Add following events to input Find (bachelor, rich-spinster, ,local-newspaper,) Court(bachelor, spinster, , ,) 3. Run reasoner 4. Interpret results 5. Visualize relations in Jigsaw Findings - 1. Copying Story plots should be made automated (difficult), Top level task should have a separate box (design decision - but most people don’t like it), coming up with task makes conditions is not simple(?) 2. None 3. None 4. Legend helps. Link to activating events should be more easily accessed - not just pop-up on mouseover (more UI clutter?) 5. Running Jigsaw is not evident even after demo (suggestion - add a button in the Reasoner view), different UI look-and-feel for Stab and Jigsaw is confusing.
