Really Simple House DressingThis is a really simple dressing to make, and has a flavour that I just love. The proportions here are given in tablespoons, but use whatever's consistent. I use a regular spoon from my silverware drawer.
While the vegetables and the lettuce aren't strictly a part of the dressing, the parsely and the scallion is. Just combine the oil, mustard, and vinegar in the bowl and stir until smooth. Add the parsely and scallion and mix into the dressing. Let sit while you cut up the veggies and rinse the lettuce.
Toss everything together just before serving.

Do not forget to add salt and pepper.
3T of olive oil instead of 4.
Replace a little part of the olive oil with hazelnut oil.
