Edward Clarkson's Home Pageedward.clarkson(a)cc.gatech.edu This page is no longer maintained: as of Sept. 2009 I am a Research Scientist with the Georgia Tech Research Institute. I graduated in August 2009 with a PhD in Computer Science from the College of Computing at Georgia Tech. My dissertation focuses on the application of information visualization to digital repository search interfaces. I was advised by Jim Foley, and also worked under his direction on the Human-Centered Computing Education Digital Library Project. While at GT, I also worked with a number of other professors (Ron Arkin, Thad Starner, Jeff Pierce–now with IBM Almaden–and Gregory Abowd) on side projects related to mobile input and Human-Robot Interaction. I also collaborated with Sham Navathe on conceptual modeling for faceted navigation environments. Last modified 25 August 2009 at 9:43 am by Edward Clarkson |
