On Friday, we list the Actions around the room, then let people vote as representatives of their organizations. One color will represent "My organization will own this action item" and another will represent "My organization will participate in this action item." The top vote-getting action items will be our goals. The final session on Friday will be about Coordination – how will we make sure that the action items get done, and how do coordinate effort going forward?
