Regular Schedule for Fall 2009

You can count on me from 8:40-4:30: Earlier or later, depends on the day. (On MWF, I try to exercise before coming in, so I try to not to schedule before 10.) The girls will have soccer this season, so that'll get added in in late August.

  • Big trip for this semester: Nov 1-9 to do the opening keynote at Informatics Education Europe in Germany.
  • Big time sink for this semester: I agreed to be an Associate Program Chair for SIGCSE 2010, so I'll be meta-reviewing 50 papers between Oct 3 and Oct 12.

    • 12-1: GVU or HCI Faculty Lunch
    • 1-2: DCCE meeting
    • 3:30-4:30: Klara and Amy

  • Tuesday:
    • 9-11: Office Hours
    • 11-12: Occasional faculty meetings
    • 1:30-2:30: Occasional Foundations meetings.
    • 3-4:30: Teach CS4660/6460 in Howey (Physics) L3

  • Wednesday
    • 1-2: Lijun
    • 2-3: Brian Dorn
    • 3-4: Allison

  • Thursday
    • Try to leave it blank for Georgia Computes!
    • 3-4:30: Teach CS4660/6460 in Howey (Physics) L3


  • Friday:
    • 10-11: CSEd Reading Group
    • 1-2: CSL group meetings
    • 2-3: Mike Hewner
