Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup mango pulp (the more ripe, the better)
  • ⅓ cup cold water
  • 4 Tbsp honey or sugar
  • 9–10 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Put yogurt, lemon juice, mango pulp, water, and honey/sugar in the bowl of a food processor or electric blender and blend for 1 ½ minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Add ice cubes and continue blending until yogurt drink is frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
