Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups plain yogurt
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup mango pulp (the more ripe, the better)
- ⅓ cup cold water
- 4 Tbsp honey or sugar
- 9–10 ice cubes
Directions
- Put yogurt, lemon juice, mango pulp, water, and honey/sugar in the bowl of a food processor or electric blender and blend for 1 ½ minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add ice cubes and continue blending until yogurt drink is frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
