Scheduling the Proposal

HA! Apparently, CHI is during the original week (April 26-30) when I tried to schedule the proposal. That eliminates Beth. OK. So, let's try again. This time for the following week: May 3-7 (the week between GT semesters).

It's time to schedule my proposal. I know everyone is busy and has complicated schedules. Here is my attempt to find a two hour space when all of the committee members can make it. So, Here's how this works:. Please, click on each time that you can't make it, thereby eliminating it as a possible time. If you have any other concerns (such as "I would prefer to not do it then, but I can if that is the only choice"), please post them at the bottom of the page.

Other concerns

Tht is a really bad week for me since we have a faculty retreat and is the last week of classes. My only available times would be Monday or Friday morning, It would be better for me if we do it 9:30-11:30 since I have to be somewhere else at noon and I need the commute time, marina–

That week looks great. My Thursday morning conflict (dentist appt.) can be changed if necessary.
I'd prefer the earlier times to the 4-6 slot. For 4-6, I'd need to check whether Pete can get Noah at daycare that day, and that's not fully under his control and can change at the last minute. – Amy

Much better week. No classes or exams or retreats.
