Random information about Chris....
I was born Suburban Chicago and spent the first 10 years of my life growing up there. My family then moved to Long Island, NY after my father took a new job, and I spent my junior high school and high school years there. Next up was Central Pennsylvania for college, an area filled with beautiful sunsets, bountiful dishes involving apple sauce and peanut butter, and Mennonites. I've spent the past few years living in Atlanta, GA, enjoying the warmer weather and melting pot nature of the population. (In fairness, I did spend two summers interning in Western Michigan).
Hobbies include running, cooking, trying out new restaurants, attempting to play racquetball, and breaking 100 in bowling. I am a casual photographer and enjoy capturing impromptu moments involving technology failing in some new or unusual way, documenting interesting culinary experiences, and novel product design. At the right is a picture of my parents' rambunctious puppy, Addison. She was my most challenging photography venture yet. That picture required approximately 75 shots to get an acceptable one.
I am a technologist at heart and enjoy a wide tinkering with a wide arrange of devices. My friend, Dr. Jason Day, summarizes me as liking "Hondas, Apples, and TiVo", and to some extent, he's right. I think those three companies do exceptional, and very-different, jobs at creating user experiences. I also enjoy Palm-based smartphones. I also like the color green.
