Cobot - Community Bots
- The Cobot project combines social networking and agent-based information aggregation to create a healthcare information management environment. The core objective is to facilitate end users efficiently find personalized healthcare information using collaborative computing techniques.

STELLAR - SSTR Tools Enabling Lessons Learned Access and Reachback
- The DoD and other government agencies are moving aggressively to improve performance in Stability, Security, Transition, and Reconstruction (SSTR) operations. Many lessons learned and best practices have been gleaned from experience, but unfortunately, collection does not ensure use. Field staff require better support in accessing and applying accumulated knowledge across expertise sectors relevant to SSTR operations.
- Medical Rule Extraction for Myocardial Perfusion Imaging literature using statistical, syntactic and semantic techniques.

Textual Case based Reasoning
- Developed a Textual Case based Reasoning System that involves Graph based Knowledge Representation Techniques, Semantic Network creation and building PageRank and Spreading Activation based models for better retrieval and reasoning.
RIT - "Human-Centered Real-Time Information Triage for Intelligence Analysts"
- Worked as part of the research team to identify and develop algorithms and representations for real-time document analysis and categorization.
GeneTrek - Biomedical Text Mining and Machine Learning methods
- Explored techniques of Information Extraction, Information Retrieval and machine learning for Textual mining of biomedical literature. Worked on automatic classification of Human Genome Epidemiology (HuGE) literature from PubMed documents using Support Vector Machines for Center for Disease Control.
Markov Library for Gene Finding
Guide: Dr. Andrew Lynn, Bioinformatics Center, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi
- As part of undergraduate research, implemented algorithms in Hidden Markov Models for Potential Nucleusome Sequence Prediction. Also worked on creation of a generic Markov Library for Gene Finding.
