Virtual Teams

We call our team "TEAM BENZENE". Our project topic is virtual teams, bringing together team members dispersed globally.
Our logo represents this idea. The central ring represents the globe and the corners of the hexagon represent team members. Just like Benzene the global team will strive to form virtual bonds between the members.

Ground Rules based on above team values

1) Weekly meetings. Brainstorming sessions for creative ideas.
2) Atleast one virtual meeting per month to get the experience related to
our project topic.(Commitment)
3) Equal sharing of responsibilities and leadership to maintain synergy in
a team.
4) Not allowing any one person or a subgroup dominate the group
decisions.(Synergy)
5) Setting deadlines and keeping track of time so that we stick to them to
acheive goals on time.(Practicality)(Vision)
6) Every meeting will start with a review of work done during the last
week. It will end with feedback about the meeting and suggestions for
improvement.(Commitment)
