Reading assignments

Please read prior to 1/16 class:
WHO Teams.pdf - it's a nice overview of teams and the concepts presented apply to all teams
OR...if you have the required text already you can skip the WHO reading and read pps 1-20 in required text: Tools for Team Excellence by Huszczo. This gives background on preparing for team excellence and the nature of teams in organizations.
Our Intel rep will be expecting questions, so please consider what you might ask her during her visit on Wednesday, January 16
