Increased efficiency, improved performance..That's what high performance is all about.
Leadership includes getting the most out of a team whereas leading a high performance
team would call for something extra, which can be achieved by overclocking:
raising the bar and going higher!!!

Team Members:

1) Aarti Dongargaonkar
2) Amogh Budhkar
3) Bhairav Dutia
4) Chaitali Dherange
5) Ilya Osadchiy
6) Jinal Doshi
7) Kripsa Mehta

Our 5 values for ideal team are

1) Creativity
2) Co-operation
3) Motivation
4) Decisiveness
5) Vision

The ground rules we framed to incorporate these values in our team are as follows:

1) Think out of the box, do things the unconventional way. Each person should come up with atleast one innovative idea during every discussion. Have atleast 2 meetings where in everyone talks about something different that they want to do in the project.
2) Always keep in touch with other team members to know what they are doing.
Regular mails and weekly meetings will help in this effort. Open communication will be encouraged.
3) Have peer rating and team rating after every milestone.
4) To achieve decisiveness we have decided to keep time constraints so that the discussion reaches to a consensus before the deadline. Voting and other techniques could be used for reaching a decision.
5) Have a goal at the start of every task and keep that in mind as we work on the task.
