2009 Ubicomp Retreat PlanningThe UbiComp lab retreat is a chance for us to get together, reflect on the semester, and make plans for the upcoming year. We traditionally hold it on the 2nd floor of the Aware Home. The first day and the evening social event is open to anybody interested in participating. The second day is a chance for the Ph.D. students to corner Gregory. Let's try to decide on two consecutive weekdays in the first 2 weeks of January.Day 1 - 12:00-5:00 - lunch, discussion, and planning (entire UbiComp group) Day 1 - after 6:00 - Whirlyball and Pizza Dinner (anyone attending afternoon session, plus family) Please, post your availability from Jan 5-9 and 12-16 Lana: available all days Sidhant - NOT available : 5-6th Jan Tae-Jung: available all days Yi: available anytime when there's no class Mayank: not available on 5th and 6th January.
