Alumna Named CRA Digital Government Fellow

Dr. Ana (Annie) Anton, assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University and graduate of CoC, has been named Computing Research Association (CRA) Digital Government Fellow. Supported by the SF, the Digital Government Fellows program is intended to facilitate communication among academic, industrial and governmental computing research communities. The fellowship is also a way to honor the best and the brightest of the young computer science researchers and give them exposure in an environment to which they might not otherwise have access. Anton received her bachelor's and master's degrees in information and computer science from Georgia Tech in 1990 and 1992 respectively, and she received her doctorate in computing from the CoC in 1997.
